Who can have an account. Only parents or legal guardians. Children do not have accounts and never log in.
What we collect. Your email and password (the password is stored in a scrambled form we cannot read); the consent you give, with date and time; your child's first name and grade; marks and monthly check-in answers that you enter; optionally your child's date, time and place of birth for the Star & Moon guide; your subscription status and payment records; and security logs such as login times and IP addresses. We do not store card or UPI details; payments are handled by our payment provider.
Why. To give you the Support Report, the optional Star & Moon guide, to manage your subscription, and to keep the service secure.
Who can see what. You can see everything you enter. If you joined through a school, that school can see your child's first name, grade, marks and the report summary, and whether your subscription is active. The school cannot see the individual check-in answers, your child's birth details or the Star & Moon guide, or your payment details. Every time a school views your child's data, it is recorded and shown on your dashboard. If you joined directly, no school can see your child's data.
Service providers. Our web hosting company, our payment provider and our email delivery service process data on our behalf. No artificial-intelligence service currently receives your data. Before we add one, we will update this notice and ask for your consent again.
Children's data. We do not show advertising, we do not track children, and we do not use children's information for targeted advertising or behavioural profiling. The Support Report points to evidence and next steps; it is not a medical, psychological or educational diagnosis.
Security. Child names and birth details are stored encrypted, access is logged, and accounts lock after repeated wrong passwords. No system is completely secure, and we will tell you if a serious incident affects your data.
Your choices. You can delete a child's data at any time from your dashboard; this removes the name, grade, marks, check-ins, birth details and the school-view log for that child. You can delete only the birth details and astrology data separately. If a school removes you from its parent list, your access ends. You may ask us to correct data, withdraw your consent, or send a complaint to the contact address above, in line with Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
How long we keep data. Data stays until you delete it. [Retention period after a subscription ends: to be set by the operator and published here before launch.]
Star & Moon guide. It is a traditional, cultural perspective for inspiration, not a scientific prediction, and AI can make mistakes. It is kept separate from the learning insights and is visible only to you.
Changes. If we change this notice in a way that matters, we will tell you before it applies.
