Who may use this service. Parents or legal guardians, with accurate information about themselves and their child. Do not share your login.
What the service is. A tool to help you understand your child's school progress and decide what to practise next. It is not medical, psychological, legal or professional educational advice. If you are worried about your child's health, safety or wellbeing, speak to a qualified person. Childline 1098 is available in India for children in need of help.
Star & Moon guide. For inspiration only. It is not a prediction, and it should not be used to make decisions about your child's health, education or finances.
Plans and payment. Parents pay; schools do not. Plans are prepaid for the period you choose, with no automatic renewal. We remind you before a plan ends. When a plan ends, access to the child panel is paused until you renew; you can still delete your data. [Refund rules: to be set by the operator.]
Your content. You are responsible for what you enter. Do not enter anything unlawful or anything about people other than your own child.
Availability. We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
